| Review Ultrasonic thickness records for operating pressure calculation. |
| Review Cathodic system records for adequacy of cathodic protection. |
| Review corrosion reports and calculate remaining strength of pipeline. |
| Determine jurisdictional status of the assets and confirm that appropriate O&M procedures and records are in place. |
| Review regulatory records to confirm compliance with appropriate regulations. |
| Evaluate construction methods/materials and confirm Maximum Allowable Working Pressure. |
| For State Utility assets, evaluate tariffs for completeness and confirm tariffs adhere to company contract. |
| For common carrier assets, evaluate elements of the tariff and their application to all shippers. Verify reasonableness of rate. |
| Coordinate Right of Way records review if desired. |
| Identify and value environmental concerns to the extent that scientific testing is not required. Coordinating with environmental companies can be provided. |
| Prepare a comprehensive written report to include items of concern and approximate cost and time required to remedy. |
