Our Senior Consultant and the President of OPS has over 35 years experience in the petroleum industry. He has held a variety of positions which uniquely qualify him to evaluate situations and apply a reservoir of knowledge to the settlement of a dispute. His resume includes the management of a plant laboratory as "Plant Chemist", participated in the design and construction of numerous natural gas processing plants and associated pipelines and managed one of the largest processing plants in the U.S. as "Superintendent". As "Operations Manager" was responsible for a geographic area which included over 400 oil & gas wells, a natural gas processing plant, 400 miles of gathering system, and a common carrier liquid pipeline system, and as "Manager of Pipelines" led a group of motivated professionals whose responsibilities included oversight of over 5,000 miles of natural gas, crude oil and NGL pipelines. He has worked closely with staff attorneys on the evaluation of data obtained during discovery and has participated in numerous depositions.
